Some Assembly Required
All Kids ATVs we offer come with some assembly required and usually take around 60-90 minutes to complete. Assembly consists of attaching the wheels (all four via one bolt), handlebars (one bolt installation) and the rear rack (4 bolts). We highly recommend you use a thread-locking agent on all parts such as Loctite. All materials needed to perform assembly are included with the ATVs, including basic hand tools. Limited 3-month Warranty
We include a FREE 3-month limited warranty with all ATV purchases. The warranty covers Engine and Transmission components only. This warranty excludes any wear items such as tires, brake pads, bulbs, hoses, filters, etc. You are responsible for any shipping fees associated but will not be charged for the cost of the replacement part. If you need to file a warranty claim for your ATV simply contact us and we will get the new part shipped out as soon as possible. (Normally 2 weeks from time of request).
Returns and Replacements
We urge customers to perform an inspection of the ATV upon delivery. If any damanges are found please have the driver note on the delivery slip of the damage. We will replace any damaged parts during transit for free OR replace the entire ATV at no charge to you. We strive to make sure each customer is 100% satisfied with their ATV and will make sure anything broken is replaced. We will NOT accept returns that were not authorized prior to being sent back. Simply contact our support staff of any issues you come across and we will get it resolved quickly.
